BREAKTHROUGH LEADERHSIP PROGRAM
Creating an "ownership" culture across your organization

  

The Breakthrough Leadership Program (BLP) transforms a company's culture and triggers leaps in business results across departments and teams. Attended by 30 to 100 employees at a time, the program creates an "ownership" culture of integrity, responsibility, innovation and effective action.

The program creates an environment where every employee owns and is inspired by the company's Strategic Intent, has an empowering relationship with other employees and Management, and operates as a proud member of a high performance team.

The 3.5-day Breakthrough Leadership transformational program is tailored for each company's unique culture and people. The program leaves participants present to their own power, accomplishment and enthusiasm for their job, customers and life itself. They leave the program ready and able to produce results beyond what they thought possible.

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES:

  • Attended by management and employees, the BLP causes a transformation of each one as a professional

  • Creates alignment on a bigger future for the organization and collaboration across departments to realize that future

  • Transforms negative conversations which impede the organization's productivity and performance

  • Fosters a breakthrough in communication and individual accountability — a lasting elevation of the team's game

  • Participation in the BLP allows the organization to engage in our one-year Breakthrough Project Coaching Program — the designing and achievement of an "impossible promise," a bold measurable goal for the organization that never would be possible with its current way of operating. (Separate budget for the Breakthrough Project Coaching Program, which is attended by a core team of 15 to 25.)
