Leader for the Future™ has been designed specifically for business leaders, entrepreneurs, senior executives and managers whose challenge is to move their organizations and/or their own lives into a more promising and powerful future.

In the program, participants work on the six critical distinctions of leadership that are at the core of, and have the greatest impact on, growth and expansion of a business. These six areas are: Transforming executive thinking; fostering and managing leadership at all levels; effectively managing the fundamentals of the business; communicating for commitment; selling successfully; and achieving extraordinary personal productivity.

Participants develop themselves in these distinctions through a series of workshops over a period of 4 to 6 months, create their own Breakthrough Project and are coached to realize their vision and project over time.

The program brings forward powerful interactions between professionals from different companies who face similar challenges and similar issues. ECG ensures that participating companies do not have any issues of confidentiality or competition with one another.

Each workshop includes lecture; inquiry and discussion; practice; exercises; group work and assignments between sessions.
