 Charles is a graduate of Art Center College in Los Angeles and has his MBA from Columbia University. He began his career developing new products at Ford Motor Co., then became a senior executive in business development at several major corporate branding firms in New York, including Landor Associates.

Today Charles is a highly regarded consultant/coach to senior executives in transition, guiding them to turn job transition into an opportunity to create the next phase of their careers and lives.
