After her years working with clients as ECG's Program Manager, it was natural for Margot to bring ECG's coaching approach to Charlotte, NC, for owners of small businesses.
Today, Margot coaches individuals and partnerships how to have their
businesses be financially rewarding and spiritually fulfilling. Her
coaching contributes to their lives and their families.
Margot herself has had many careers. She has been a teacher of dyslexic children, an art director and manager of the advertising creative department of the Charlotte Observer, and a retail entrepreneur.
Margot is Trisha's sister and they are thrilled to have been working together since 2004.
